Dr Tania Phipps-Rufus and Professor Guido Noto La Diega, co-Series Editors of Law, Creativity and Innovation, a series published by Bristol University Press, are currently inviting book proposals.
The series welcomes interdisciplinary scholarship examining how law shapes and responds to creative practices, cultural production, emerging technologies and innovation.
They are particularly interested in research exploring the relationship between law and creative practice, including questions of authorship, ownership, collaboration, cultural production, creative economies and the ways in which legal and regulatory frameworks influence creative industries.
Contributions are welcomed from scholars across disciplines and career stages, including early-career researchers developing their first monograph.
Expressions of interest are invited for authored monographs and edited collections.
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a working title, a short abstract (150 words) and a brief biography to the Series Editors at t.phipps-rufus@uel.ac.uk and guido.notoladiega@strath.ac.uk.
Expressions of interest are welcome on a rolling basis.
Further details can be found on the Bristol University Press website.
