Professor Shelley McNulty is Professor of Design Practice and Head of the School of Art and Design at Manchester School of Art, Manchester Metropolitan University. She is a recognised leader in creative higher education, championing innovation, collaboration and practice-led learning. Originally trained in Interior Design at Edinburgh College of Art, Shelley brings several years of professional experience in architecture and design to her academic leadership. Her research focuses on design thinking, co-design and design anthropology, exploring how creative methodologies can drive educational, organisational and social change.
