QAA have published new subject benchmark statements for Art and Design at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The statements have been informed by CHEAD Trustees and Members. New statements on Sustainable Development, Generative AI. Enterprise Education and Access are included.
CHEAD welcomes these reforms which provide guidance to creative educators whilst retaining the flexibility to design programmes which meet the national benchmarks, local contexts, and unique subject specificities.
Studio practice is championed.
