CHEAD has been working with the Design Council to develop a Green Skills Blueprint

Category

Today marks a significant step forward for the design industry!

The Design Council has officially launched the Skills for Planet Blueprint, a landmark resource addressing the critical green skills gap in design. This Blueprint defines 18 essential Green Design Skills across six interconnected areas, providing a shared language and practical steps to make regenerative design the default.

This initiative is the first step towards the Design Council's ambitious goal of upskilling one million designers in green design skills by 2030. We're proud to launch a mission that aims to position the UK as a global leader in designing for our planet.

Read the full Skills for Planet Blueprint on the Design Council website.
