Embedding Care into Creative and Cultural Policy in an Era of AI

Sandra Booth, Director of Policy and External Relations, CHEAD, and colleagues Cat Glover and Mary Udeze, University of Northumbria, Ve Dewey, and Sinead Rice, Head of Education and Public Programming at the National Gallery of Ireland recently spoke at the PEC Research Symposium on embedding care into policy and programmes.

CHEAD have built care into the Creative Leadership Programme as a core pillar of embodied leadership. Speaking on the panel, Sandra demonstrated the Creative Leadership model emphasising that care for oneself and others is vital in creative disciplines and university leadership systems thinking.
