The seminar will focus on the leadership and management of strategic level operations and change, and will draw on a number of relevant and diverse organization level case studies of change, providing an opportunity for considering delegates’ current planning and development issues within a confidential peer group.

- Challenges and opportunities within the wider environment
- Scoping and evaluating options for change
