School of Art, Design and Performance
In the School of Art, Design and Performance, we combine a range of disciplines spanning the creative and cultural industries. The School is home to a range of courses in Art & Design, Dance and the Performing Arts, as well as Engineering and the Built Environment. We provide a creative and dynamic environment of cross-disciplinary dialogue and a nurturing and supportive community in which learners develop an excellent student experience.
Applied learning is fundamental to our approach, through our vast network of industry connections and the delivery of traditional design-and-make skills alongside cutting-edge technology. We are student-centred and provide a range of teaching methods through a flexible and distributed delivery model. In addition to traditional three-year degree programmes, we offer a foundation degree with industry partners, apprenticeships in engineering design, as well as professional practice-based courses developed in partnership with CMS at Pinewood Studios.
