      EDI Alliance Members,

      Here are some free resources.

      Action on EDI.

We encourage you to read ‘More than just a matter of style: Female Leadership in Higher Education’ written by Kerstin Mey, the current president of an ELIA member institution, the University of Limerick. In this article, she examines challenges, such as societal and systemic barriers, that hinder female leadership in higher education.

      Best wishes,

      Sandra
