CHEAD Leadership Programme taster 2 – Embodied Leadership: Aligning Values, Purpose, Balance through Body–Mind Connection

Shatter your assumptions about leadership. This radical session transcends traditional management theory, fostering deep self-inquiry and open exploration rather than rigid frameworks. Through immersive experiences, deep dialogue, and discussion of pre-submitted anonymous questions, we’ll explore how to integrate mind, body, and spirit to lead from a place of raw authenticity and electric presence—bringing your whole self into every leadership moment.

Through immersive experiences and deep dialogue, we’ll explore the Seven Pillars of Embodied Leadership—ancient wisdom reimagined for modern transformation:

  • Ground: Root into unshakeable power and clarity, becoming an anchor in chaos.
  • Commune: Demolish the ego-driven leadership paradigm to catalyse collective genius.
  • Resource: Tap into limitless internal energy, transforming scarcity into abundant possibility.
  • Regulate: Master your internal ecosystem to remain sovereign in any storm.
  • Attune: Transcend reactive patterns through radical presence and self-acceptance.
  • Resonate: Forge unbreakable bonds through emotional alchemy and deep attunement.
  • Embody: Unleash your fullest expression of leadership by integrating shadow and light.

These pillars aren’t just principles—they’re portals to a revolutionary way of being. Through cultivating profound internal alignment, leaders unlock their ability to turn outward with unprecedented clarity and intention, creating ripples that transform entire systems.
