Arts Emergency – Call for Mentors

Arts Emergency, a mentoring charity and support network that helps underrepresented young people get ahead in the creative and cultural industries are currently looking for arts and humanities professionals who would be interested in mentoring a young person in 2022. Mentoring would involve helping them to set goals, explore higher education, creative projects and careers.
Arts emergency are reaching out to CHEAD to share this call for volunteers with our network of Members.
Deadline for registrations is Wednesday 27th October.
In terms of commitment, everyone needs to attend a two hour online training session to be considered.
Mentoring begins in January and mentors are expected to meet their mentee once a month for an hour over the course of 12 months. You can find the registration form and more information on the website here.
The training dates are:
  • Tuesday 19 October, 6-8.15pm
  • Wednesday 27 October, 6-8.15pm
