Judy Glasman is Dean of School of Creative Arts at the University of Hertfordshire and the Vice Chair of CHEAD. She has 30 years’ experience of teaching, leadership and management of higher education. Her areas of expertise includes development of academic portfolios, teaching and learning innovation, quality assurance and enhancement and building an integrated approach to industry needs and industry-related student learning. She has worked extensively on international partnership development including partners in Russia, Malaysia and China, as well as on-line provision. She has worked as an international and national auditor of other Universities.
She sits on a number of national and regional bodies which include School and College governorship, Digswell Arts Trusts and is currently working on a number of regional development projects, which aim to enhance the creative industries economy as well give social benefits. She is running the CHEAD leadership development programme.
